Where do the prices come from?
Reference prices, charts and coin images are provided by CoinGecko. The board refreshes about every five minutes while the app is open, and you can pull down on most screens to refresh sooner.
Why can't I record an entry right now?
Entries use the latest reference price. If the app is showing saved or sample figures because it couldn't reach the data source, refresh once you're connected and try again.
How does a limit order fill?
A limit order fills when a refreshed reference price reaches your limit. While it waits, the cash or coins it needs are set aside and shown as reserved.
What happens when a term hold ends?
The coins move into your holdings and the result is placed on the range of past windows captured when the hold started. You can also release a hold early; the record will show it.
How do I start again with a different balance?
Open the Desk tab and choose Start over. You can pick a new starting balance; holdings, orders, holds, alerts and history are cleared, and your watchlist stays.
Is my data backed up?
Your desk is stored on your device. Use History to export a CSV file if you would like to keep a copy.
